Something creative is brewing...

Beer tastes better out of a branded glass

Please note: The taproom is now re-open after our extensive refurb!

When we set up the brewery, we made sure we set aside some space and time to establish a taproom too.

Opened in October 2019, the brewery taproom is located in what was the old grain store and milking parlour on the farm. In August 2020, as a result of the global pandemic, we opened our new hop garden space outside too. Fast forward to March 2026, and after an extensive refurbishment, the new improved taproom is now open. It’s full of upcycled items, super-comfy shabby chic furniture, a toasty log-burner and is the perfect place to while away a few hours, relaxing with friends and family, and exploring the world of craft beer. And with twenty lines (yes – 20!) of temperature controlled beer, there is no better place to do that.

We pride ourselves on being a relaxed and welcoming establishment, and would love to see you there for a beer and a chat soon. If you need an excuse for that, we run the best pub quiz in the area on the second Thursday of every month, we have incredible street-food vendors every Friday and Saturday nights, and we’re running “The Taproom Sessions” for live music every second and forth Sunday of the month for some total chill vibes.

Please note: we are a cashless business.

What you will find at Creative Juices...

  • Tasty beers from Creative Juices brewed on-site, as well as an ever-changing selection of guest beers from the best triple-A headline craft breweries. See our current tap menu for more details.
  • A range of our artisan cold-distilled Griffiths Brothers spirits distilled on-site, including a selection of gins, cask-aged rums, and super-smooth vodka.
  • A range of other drinks for non-beer drinkers, including wines, prosecco, spirits, ciders, soft drinks and hot drinks. Again, see our menus for more information.
  • Proper tasty nibbles – we have a selection of locally produced crisps and other naughty nibbles to satisfy the munchies. We also have guest foodie partners in every Friday and Saturday.
  • A crowd-sourced music playlist. Taproom conversation starter: what would be your three favourite songs to listen to in a bar? Get in touch and tell us your choices, and we’ll add them to the list!
  • Fine art from our friends in the creative arts, including art preview exhibitions and limited edition charity prints of the beer artwork.
  • A warm welcome for families. We have baby-change facilities and normally have a selection of nappies backstage if you get caught short. We even have a selection of games to keep the littluns (and bigguns) happy.
  • A warm welcome for differently abled people. Whilst the dairy building itself was built a long time ago and never intended to be used as a taproom, we have adapted it as much as we realistically can to accommodate all visitors. It’s not perfect, but we do have an access ramp for wheelchair users and accessible loo facilities too.
  • A warm welcome for dogs. Our furry friends love the taproom too, with perks including a doggy bowl, doggy treats made from our beer, and more doggy cuddles than you can shake a stick at. You’d have to be barking to miss out on that!
  • In fact, a warm welcome for all – regulars, first-timers, locals, visitors, friends, strangers – you’re all welcome in our big brewery family. Come and enjoy our conversation and strong sense of craft community.

What you won't find at Creative Juices...

  • Cash. We happily accept all debit and credit cards, including American Express, and fancy phone and watch payments. However, for your convenience and ours, we are a cashless business.
  • TV screens. We enjoy watching the game as much as you do, but humans have an involuntary zombie response to the television that kills conversation, and they will happily watch paint dry on the big screen. We’d rather talk about your favourite TV shows than stare at them on the gogglebox.
  • Beer snobbery. We view craft beer as an adventure. It is something fun to be experienced and explored; there are no right or wrong answers. Whether you want the latest crazy innovation in beer technology or you just fancy a decent pint of quality lager, we can help you out.
  • Prejudice. Leave it at the door. We are a “love all, serve all” kind of place (thanks Hard Rock).
