Our American IPA uses a generous blend of four US hops in the brew and in dry-hopping – Cascade, Citra, El Dorado and Simcoe – to bring a layered flavour experience to the beer.

With this surprising ale, the drinker gets notes of pine, grapefruit, orange, and passionfruit. As you move from citrus to tropical to stone fruits, all in one mouthful, you then discover the assertive bitter finish as is prevalent in this style.
